ΒΆ Enabling Extension editing
- WindowsKey+E to open a new Explorer file viewer window.
- In upper left, click on VIEW
- On the far right, click on OPTIONS
- In the new window, click on VIEW
- Scroll and find Hide Extensions for known file types and UNCHECK it.
This will let you see the file type with its name, and also change the filetype by renaming that extention.
Such as something.jpg gets renamed to something.png. It isnt magic like that, but for the purposes of Fvne, you can rename .yl2fc files to .fvne_compiled_character.
